This is the best eyeshadow available with bold lasting colors you just can’t find anywhere else, I wish it was cheaper, but it’s totally worth it. Urban Decay is THE source for quality make-up, most of their products are vegan friendly, and everything lasts all day through pretty much any environment. Not many people know this, but Urban Decay was one of the first large scale companies to start making such a statement with make-up, and they succeeded, big time, everything they make is top-notch.

What are some good venues and art gallery’s to visit while vacationing in NY city?
I Urban Graffiti am really into urban and graffiti art and local indie music. I would love to see the art music scene on my first trip to NY. It is pri, arily the reason i want to visit.

Crimes of Style is a journey into the burgeoning underground Denver Graffiti scene. Jeff Ferrel’s participant observations of local taggers and writers gives a fascinating insight into a sometimes beautiful and sometimes offensive subculture of vandalism….or is it? The question of vandalism or art remains an underlying question throughout Ferrel’s book. And the reader must decide for himself where the line between art and crime stands. Jeff Ferrel’s work is divine inspiration to the fledgling sociologists like myself.

  2. Abernethy Says:

Ferrell offers a major contribution to sociology, criminology, and to youth studies. This brief book not only offers insight and analysis of graffiti artists, it explores the ways in which power is negotiated and challenged. In the graffiti artists’ use of space and in their definitions of beauty and neighborhood, they uncover the way power and meanings are manufactured. Ferrell’s work is a powerful, clear, and engaging book; one which shows stunning new ways of seeing and studying ‘crime.’

I purchaed the UD “Honey” very beautiful color, but look to be more of a brown instead of agolden bronze color, but I still use it and receive compliments from it…

I normally don’t like to buy eyeshadow in single doses, since you only have one color and I like to wear at least three shades together at once, but I made an exception for this product. I bought the shadow in “Ransom”, a deep, iridescent bluish purple. It’s absolutely gorgeous. The description on the Urban Decay website says it will make your eyes into a piece of optical art, and boy are they RIGHT! This product is super high-quality, creamy and soft. It glides on with just a finger, and with a brush the application is a bit lighter. Urban Decay also makes a product that you can use with your shadows to make them eyeliners or to have a super opaque look. But this color doesn’t really need it, it will work on it’s own. I love how much product comes in the package and the fact that they are vegan-friendly, like much of the Urban Decay line. If you are looking for more vegan products, check out their website at [...]. If you aren’t sure which shade to buy, I would recommend this one, because purples really look great on any shade of eyecolor. I have brown eyes and this shade really makes them look like a rich caramel color. I’ve attached an image of my own from a makeup application where I used this color and another Urban Decay shade of loose pigment called “shattered”.

One of my favorite eyeshadows just got better with this Deluxe line. The shadows come in adorable minored compacts with each compact boasting a different lid design. The designs are colorful, contemporary, edgy – makes you want to have one of each!

The shadow itself is superior, delivering a color that stays and stays and does not disappear into creases. You can make the color as vibrant or as subtle as you wish. One of my favorite shades is “Ruthless” – a delicious cocoa, very much like Urban Decay’s “Honey.” For a change, a more sophisticated look I like “Frigid,” a midnight blue.

  6. Barner Says:

These eye shadows are pricey but definitely worth every cent! When applied the colors are still as vibrant as they look. They are a bit creamy so its really easy to blend several colors together for a crazier look. This eyeshadow also goes a long way. I plan on getting every color :-]
