What a horrible purchasing experience.

UPS delivered this to my office. As soon as the receptionist brought the box into me I knew there was a problem from the smell.

Upon opening the box, I discovered the bottle had leaked. If nothing else, I can say the product did an excellent job of removing the ink from the bottle’s labels.

The box was intact. It suffered no apparent abuse or mis-handling by UPS. Can’t put the blame on them.

Nice going, [...] Shipping Department.

How many more Louis Vuitton Stephen Sprouse Monogram Graffiti Speedy 25 Fuchsia bags are left in the market?
I was about to order a FUCHSIA Graffiti Items MONOGRAM GRAFFITI Stephen Sprouse SPEEDY 25 but currently, this item is out of stock online. What if they’ve run out of stocks in the retail outlets as well? I need to know which stores (wherever in the States) still have stocks too :) Please please help :’-( =( :c

    I am a teacher and had a problem with students writing on hardened plastic desks. I purchased several other expensive cleaning products that were ineffective in removing the ink. I finally tried Motsenbocker Lift Off #4. When you spray this product onto ink graffiti, the ink immediately disperses and can be wiped away with any cloth. When it drips onto the floor, it removes all the wax off the tile, however, it does not damage the tile or the desk. It does produce a mildly repugnant odor.

    Motsenbocker’s Lift Off #4 removed spray paint from my car, without damaging the clearcoat, paint, or plastic parts on my car. It was a lifesaver.

    This product did not do what I thought it was going to do. Unable to remove ink from the dolls I am working with. I was very disappointed in this product and would not order it again

    This is the best stain remover I’ve ever used – however. . . the sprayer did not work and there is some sort of mechanism that prevents you from unscrewing/removing the spray nozzle. I had to saw through the plastic and pour into a newly purchased spray bottle in order to use it. Rather frustrating. The only other downside was the strong scent left behind from use of the “ink” remover. It works great, but takes a few washes to get the odor out.

    All I can say is that everyone with young children should have this product. It’s saved me many times!

    Yesterday my 2 year old decided to put my hot pink nail polish all over my light beige sofa. I was freaking out! I Tried acetone and it made the stains worse. I decided to go to the Home depot today and see what I could find to get all the stains out. When I found this product I had little hope that It would get all the stains out, but I’m happy to say that it got out every single nail polish stain out. Thank you for making such an excellent product.
