Free handy roadmap for Punk Rock Graffiti

Punk Rock Graffiti was beyond my expectation. I had gotten at least 10 times less value of Punk Rock Graffiti.
Girls and WOMEN SOME HELP PLEASE!?
ok this is going to sound really dumb but how do you be assertive towards a girl? Ok so im 17 and theirs this girl I like shes 14. We are both very shy. We are a bit different though. She is rich, very classy, conservative, into high end fashion, she is a Ballet dancer. She is very Intellectual, she is Beautiful(Really Beautiful, not just hot). She is cute, and nice as well. As for me I am a nice guy, but I am a Low Class Punk Rock Graffiti Urban kid, now in the middle class suburbs, I dont wear name brand clothes, I still good to thrift stores(my parents say I shouldn’t anymore, but its fun), I wear skate shop clothes as well, I skateboard, Im into classic punk rock and metal music, Im into tattoos(dont have any yet but want some), Im into graffiti and Hot Rods and classic Muscle cars. Anyway what Im asking is how do I be assertive around her, how do I get her talking. The only girlfriends Ive had are the ones that have come to me first, so it was easy, but this is different. I really like this girl, and Im just not sure cause when I try talking to her she mostly just nods and says one liners. So how do I be assertive?Also once, when I was talking to her, she randomly started playing with the tabs on her binder(I never seen her do this before) when I asked 2 of my friends about it(one guy and one girl) they said she was probly bored.
