graffiti-books Tips on Online Create Graffiti Names

While this book doesn’t have a lot of content, what is include is a good primer for someone completely new to Internet marketing. I bought this book for my wife. She wanted to start an online store selling dog toys. She had no idea how to start driving traffic to the site. I thought a book like this could help her start to get an idea of the many ways you can bring people to a site. After reading the book, she was most excited about the chapter on article marketing and took the advice given and used this method to start selling her dog toys.

Since then, she has sought out more advanced information about doing article marketing, but I have to give this book 4 stars for opening her up to marketing ideas in a way that wasn’t overwhelming to understand.

This CD promotes shallow quick breathing which can cause you to hyperventilate. It is not relaxing, nor does it promote good breathing technique. Do not waste your money.

John’s CD can be used by itself, or as a useful adjunct to someone who already has a breathwork practice. I have found it beneficial in jump starting a practice I began a few years back. Thank you John for this wonderful tool.

Have been breathing now with The Healing Art of Conscious Breathing CD three to four times weekly, for five months or so. In the last week have had a couple of breath/energy encounters. In these my body starts tingling usually around the left thigh and this sensation (usually after an hour breathing level two and with top-ups of three) suddenly suffuses my whole being…a very powerful and exhilarating sensation. In this my senses are sharply focussed, the body vibrating .

Following the last one, just before I turned on my side, breathing as Leonard Orr advises-four shorts and one long.-and I was thrilled to be able to continue the sensation with the same intensity for several more minutes. This I feel demonstrates that the object of the exercise would be to learn to ultimately access this state naturally, a very exciting and powerful proposition.

When I did relax on my side the words of the song…`Islands in the Stream’ popped into consciousness. This brought the idea that the breath is like a cosmic stream; flowing by without us ever noticing it, that is, for those of us who never meditate. When I fell asleep I dreamt of being in bed with a Black woman with a vibrator, from which came the image of the vibration of breath rubbing against the body’s electrical field, of head and body (spirit and soul) being `re-fused’ together.

In my view the CD opens up the meditative process in a way which is eminently pragmatic. In conjunction with it I am reading and listening to Thic Nhat Hahn, and his wonderfully creative approach to emotional intelligence. As a shrink I encourage clients interested in the CD to do likewise, since his `Art of Mindful Living’ would be the goal of why work with the CD in the first place.

This is the best breathing CD I have yet come across. I have used many others in my private practice and for myself but this one is head and shoulders above the rest.

Part of the problem with working online is having too many options. You don’t know where to start.

This book helped me to get focus on what I was doing and come up with a plan. If you are looking for clarity on what you should concentrate on, this is a good book. It works as a good supplement to other “make money online” books.

Yeah, this is a workbook. [...] I have now bought a book that has several pages like this: “Look back and reflect upon all the ideas, realizations and other thoughts that came to mind when you were answering the questions in this chapter [on all those earlier pages that had lines on them]. Write down any afterthoughts or any other insights that come to mind.” [23 blank lines fill the rest of the page]

Each chapter starts off with a page or a page-and-a-half of “content.” Then you get four or five pages of fill-in-the-lines. Then you get a page with the title of the next chapter centered on it. Then you get the page or page-and-a-half of “content,” followed by four or five pages of fill-in-the-lines. Chapter title page. Page of content (we’re talkin’ content like “Follow the two rules for online success: 1. Get started. 2. Don’t quit.”) Pages of lines. Title page. Content. Pages of lines. Title page…you get the idea. [..]

A bit of background: For the past year, I’ve been spending hours (and a fair amount of money) learning about the best ways to make money online. There are so many approaches that it makes my head spin sometimes. Do you go with what has the potential to meka a lot of money fast or do you go with something you love doing and want to do long-term? While this book doesn’t go into great detail about the specific ways to make money, it does the important questions you need to ask yourself to get clear about what your plan is going to be.

I guess that’s what I liked about it the most. When you hear how people are making thousands of dollars a day and it seems so easy, you stop thinking of IM as a business and just want to find an easy way to make money. This book brings you back to the reality that this is a business and, with good planning, can be something you can do for years.
